CSSA HAD REDUCED ALL ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES

2010-2011 Annual Team Contract Fee: $60.00

(save $40.00 from previous $100.00 fee)

2010-2011 Player Membership Fee: $20.00

for all returning and new players

(returning players save $4.00; new players save $6.00)

CSSA will still charge $2.00 for a player pass digital photo made at the CSSA office.

If teams/players have recently submitted registration/membership forms and paid the standard fees ($100 team / $24 returning player or $26 new player), the excess amount ($40 for teams; $4 returning player / $6 new player) will be refunded. CSSA will contact you to confirm and process refunds.

CSSA is preparing for the October 2010 roll out of the USASA online registration system. In the near future, leagues, teams, and players will be able to login to the online registration database later this year and in future years to to register and pay annual membership fees.

To ensure data accuracy for electronic input of league, team, and player information to the online registration database now, all registrants must submit their credentials on new 2010-2011 soccer year registration forms. Processing and payment of registrations will be similar to past years until the online registration system is rolled out.

REGISTRATION MUST PROCEED AS AN ORDERLY HIERARCHICAL PROCESS TO ENSURE PROPER AND ACCURATE COMPILATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PLAYERS TO TEAMS AND TEAMS TO LEAGUES.

REGISTRATION ORDER

1. LEAGUES MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO TEAM REGISTRATION.

2. TEAMS CAN REGISTER ANY TIME AFTER THE LEAGUE HAS REGISTERED AND

SUBMITTED CURRENT/UPDATED/NEW BYLAWS.

3. PLAYERS CAN REGISTER AS A TEAM OR AS AN INDIVIDUAL AFTER THE TEAM HAS

REGISTERED AND PAID ITS MEMBERSHIP FEES.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

CSSA will NOT accept previously copied or outdated paperwork. All 2010-2011 registrations MUST be prepared on official 2010-2011 forms.

Q: Can I submit an electronic picture for a new player pass?

A: Absolutely! Send an e-mail to REG2010@COLORADOSTATESOCCER.COM.
Put your Name, Team Name, and League Name in the Subject line of your e-mail. Attach a digital color photo (portrait format) as a .jpg, .gif, .pict, or .tif and send it along. CSSA will match your photo to your player registration forms (include your completed registration form in the e-mail, too!)

Q: What size does the player pass photo need to be?

A: If you are able to crop and size your digital photo file, please make the image size at 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches. Maintain a 300 dpi resolution if possible (but not less than 150 dpi).

Q: I am having trouble applying a digital signature to the form after I complete it. What do I do?

A: Our apologies. Many of you are completing the forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The forms have be updated to allow digital signature for Acrobat Reader input. Please re-download forms from the league, team, and player registration pages. The updated version will allow you to sign - just follow the Acrobat Reader prompts to create a digital signature when you click on the red <Sign Form> icons.
